Anti-Hijacking and Window Washing device?

Is it possible to fill your window washer bottle with Scrubbs Ammonia and adjust your jets to spray at anyone standing next to your side window/door or if they are harrassing you at the robots, it would work similiar to teargas.

Will it damage your car or bottle in anyway?
