Anyone ever use this before - https://www.wisevector.com/en/

The developer is fairly active on Malware and Wilder Security forums, I gave the software a try and I'm fairly impressed, currently have it working alongside a custom honeypot.

Kaspersky Anti-ransomware is the easiest IMHO.
Install, configure, forget.
They have a business and home edition which are both free. You can upgrade though for more functionality.
I've tested a few and Kaspersky came out top.

Yip got that as well, they even allow 100 licenses for free with the basic

I tested this as well https://www.knowbe4.com/ransomware-simulator

Eset struggled I had to set HIPS to something higher and then was bombarded with popups.
Sophos blocked 100%
WiseVector stopped the test from even starting, once I excluded the files it also blocked 100%
Kaspersky blocked 100%

That's cool. We recently started using them for cybersecurity awareness training. Didn't realise they had this tool.

Eset Security failed on most when ransomware simulator was run, weird, even with hips

Some other software worth a mention, lightweight ,easy interface and no bloat

Appcheck
NeuShield Data Sentinel
