super happy just got connected like 2hrs ago
first do i really need to have a firewall and malware program running
also i cant get windows 7 to run with my connection?:confused:
 
Yes you do or else your computer will die sooner or later.

--Just go to networking and sharing center to set up your connection.
 
thanks!have used avira in the past and it's a damn good anti virus
 
Best option for spyware protection

I've used Malwarebytes quite a bit and would recommend it as an addition to AVG. Solved many spyware related issues with malwarebytes and it's free!

You guys are really kidding yourselves if you think AVG and MSE can protect you correctly ...
 
dude, there is nothing better than MSE at the moment. i mean, who would you prefer? an anti virus from people who created windows or an anti virus from someone who did not create windows? plus it was bench against nod32 and kaspersky, MSE turned out to be the best.

and hey, windows firewall is cool, did not want to believe it myself.

Think you need to get back to planet earth lol. MSE is good as a free option but there are better options like Avira for example.
