About to install Windows 7 RC1 and am stuck for an anti-virus program to use with it. Am currently using Bit Defender IS 2008 which expires in a week but I don't want to fork out for software which won't work with Windows 7. All I can find on Google is that McAfee definitely doesn't work with windows 7; nothing too specific on any of the others and after the endless hassles :sick:Norton gave me not interested in that

I'm looking for any advice based on actual experience ;) with a AV package and RC1

Ta very much

most programs has a trial you can download so you could always run the trial first and see if it works on win 7 before forking out money.

Hi

Running NOD32 Version 4.0.313 and Windows 7 build 7100. No problems. Very small footprint and unobtrusive.

You won't go wrong with this and Win7 :)

wait, im goin off topic here . . . meh :p

+ v 4.0.314.0 , although I wouldn't call 40Mb ram a very small footprint.
