So I figured I'd just pay a bit of homage to Tony.

He lives a few houses away from me and since I've known him he's always been a nice person to have around. Sometimes I'm on my way home then I'd get him in Bellville, on his way to train - a very hard worker indeed.

So this is just a bit of a congrats to the fella for taking yet another gold!

Good one.

Our athletes really don't get the level of funding and support that they deserve.

Damn administrators use all the funding for First Class tickets and to wined and dined (the fat f..cks)

It is when you reflect on the achievements of those who have achieved despite their circumstances that we can only dream of the numerous other successes that could be but for their greed, corruption and squandering of finances. Snouts in the trough.

Some background on this guy's for those who don't know him. I wish him all the best! He's currently in Monaco representing SA and from there it's straight to Rio

Met the guy! He's a true gentleman and humble as earth can be.

I wish him all the best, also extremely proud to see him in that group he didn't have it easy.
