A friend is a certified Acumatica implementation consultant and is looking for work. The company my friend trained through do not have any projects and cannot offer any work...
 
Plenty of ERP dev positions around. Is your friend able to work with other systems as well?

In principle yes. My friend has done extensive work with Omni Accounting which is not an ERP per se, but completed certification on the Acumatica platform.
