Any ADSL modem with the wireless router?

I am a newbie here. I suppose to install the ADSL soon. I am using the notebook. I would like to know is any adsl modem with the wireless router(2 in 1)? Or I must get it seperatly?

How much is it cost for those two option?

Where can i buy it?
