Any ADSL Problems in Empangeni

I have noticed from the Forums that Certain Telkom Exchanges seem to have GOOD adsl Service and some BAD

Has anyone got any experiences with the empangeni exchange.
I am on ISDN and although reliable, I need to go with permanent link.

Are there some routers / Modems etc etc that have a problem with this exchange

I have heard a rummor that telkom is playing around with the dslams. maybe that could be the problem.
