Any android gallery alternatives that sync with google+/picasa?

I have experimented with some photo sharing options and settled with google+/picasa as my post editing photo storage/sharing platform.
I like that I can sync it to my android phone and tablet, but the default gallery app sucks.
It messes up the ordering of the photos and I cannot fix it
And every google+ post, whatsapp message etc, with an image shows up in the gallery.

So my requirements are:
-Being able to share and image/album via a link only to whom I want
-Sync what I want to my devices
-Share something from my device via whatsapp etc.

Any one know of alternative apps that can sync to google+ photos but gives me more control?
Or would moving everything to flickr/500px/? be better?

The 500px app does not seem to support sharing via whatsapp.

Slightly offtopic but in relation to G+. Be careful with Google+ I installed it over the weekend, it asked if I wanted to back up my photos, I said yes but over Wifi only. Shortly afterwards I went out, about 15 minutes later I get a message saying my newly 250MB bundle is almost completed. Check the data usage and GooglePlus is at the top of the list using up +/- 230MB.

I double checked that the wifi option was enabled, my only consensus is if a backup is happening it will switch to mobile data if the wifi signal is lost. I'm glad I had the data limit enabled otherwise it probably would have continued uploading the 2GB or so of photos & videos on my phone but it pisses me off I have to buy another bundle just as I purchased a new one.

Yep it will deplete your data if you allow it
But I use it more to sync from g+ to my device
