Autopage has a web front end where you can change your value added services. Part of the options available is one to select what data bundle you automatically subscribe to each month.
Trouble is, the last time I made a change from mymeg 0MB to mymeg 25 MB, it changed to "change request pending", and greyed out the radio button options to change to anything else. That was 4 months back...it still says change request pending, and other options are greyed out.
I've needed to change it for quite a while, but the call centre seems clueless about what I'm talking about - nor do my verbal requests to change to another mymeg package get actioned.
