Anybody can ping 71.6.170.239 ?

I can't, but if i open a vpn connection to get a different ip(which is an overseas based ip) I can ping it, but with my afrihost adsl account I am having a problem. So I wonder if it is an afrihost problem or do the buggers have forbidden access to a south african ip range. (some of my websites are hosted on this ip address, and I can't reach them)

Will be a pretty long maintenance, Is like this for the last 2 days. I logged a ticket with the hosting company, but fvck all response from them. I allready migrated 2 websites with backups and some updating I had somewhere else
