Any decent ISP's out there

So I am looking for an ISP that has some 1/2 decent international speeds. I am currently on WebAfrica Capped (home and a test business account) and both have shocking international bandwidth, speed tests to various servers around the world show +- 2.12Mbps. Local speed tests are running around 6Mbps. Anyone using an ISP that has something vaguely decent? I didnt pay to be on a restricted capped account only to have shoddy connection to the rest of the world.
 
IS is usually good so it's strange that you are not getting good speeds. You can always also try Afrihost capped accounts or Vox fatpipe account. Afrihost and Axxess gives free 1Gb accounts so you can test it out to see how it works.

What?

I'm on Web Africa Business and get 6-8MBps international on my 10Meg line. Netflix also plays in HD any time of day.

Some of the speedtest servers are just slow.
 
It seems safe to assume that the search function on myBB must be broken :confused::p
