I saw one in the Incredible connection circular last week, I don't know if it's still valid, but it was an arcade + extra controller and Game (PGR4?) for R2000.

AFAIK, there is stock of Arcade 360s (R1999) at Game in Brooklyn, not sure of Menlyn or Centurion branch (the only running special atm). Normal priced 360s such as the Pro/Elite are available in good quantities at New World, Menlyn.

Have a look man. 360 is a cool console

Doesnt really matter witch 1, i guess the arcade will be ok..

The Arcade is great, but if you're planning on going online then I'd suggest stretching up to the Pro, besides the HDD, which is great for XBLA games and demo's, you also get a headset, HD cables and an ethernet cable. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
