Good day, if anyone from Virgin Mobile could help me I would really appreciate it.

about 2 years ago I ported (tried to) from MTN prepaid to Virgin Mobile prepaid. 2 weeks into the process the wort had still not gone through successfully as I was unable to receive calls. So I asked virgin to cancel the port, which they did.

Since then I have not been able to get calls from ANY virgin mobile or CellC number.

I have emailed the helpdesk, phoned their tech support 011 number, been on hello peter and still the only answer anyone is able to give me comes from the MTN port helpdesk to say that there isa routing problem on the virgin mobile side.

if anyone is able to help me please do - as at this point in time I cannot change my number even for the sake of being able to receive calls from all networks.

I will even go so far as to buy you a six pack if you can fix it, just to say thanks to 1 person out of the many I have asked who was able to help, plz plz plz help :eek:
