We've just moved into our new place and are looking at our telecomms options and with all the data orice cuts we've seen lately Neotel are starting to look relatively expensive. Since they own Seacom I'm guessing they should start lowering their prices.

Hugo said there was a price adustment during November 2009 in this thread.

Still waiting for him to provide me with details. As far as I am concerned there was no price adjustment.

I've been keeping an eye on their packages and I haven't seen any price cuts. Maybe they need to be approved internally and then implemented.

Just do yourself a big favour and DON'T make Neotel one of those options... unless, of course you like nonexistent service and telecoms...

Im here phenom.

Whats up?

Price adjustments were for Enterprise fibre, my mistake. Not Consumer

Thanks for finally giving an answer on this.

How about answering the OP question? - Any idea when Neotel will start dropping data prices?

I would say it's about time. With all the changes in the ADSL market and all. :(

I can only but guess.
A good time to consider would be when we launch prepaid in April (est, do not mark my date)

At the same time, our product offerings are segmented to the different target markets, so not sure it would affect price changes.
