For the past week i've been spiking bad in my online games. It's starting to really annoy me, as I'm a casual youtuber that makes gaming vids.
I'm on a 4mb/s capped package from WebAfrica, so I'm never throttled. This pc is also the only thing that is connected to the router, and there shows no activity on my network (task manager) apart from the game I am playing when i lag.
This is a tracert i did to google.com.
So the problem is on the 3rd hop, i just have no idea what that mean
?
Any help would be so much appreciated!

This is a speedtest i did, so my line is technically "fine", however international ingame pings is 350+ constantly changing.
