Anyone have any clue what is going on with Virgin Mobile? We still have a legacy contract with them, typically just upgrade and give the device and airtime to my pensioner parents.
Since June 2017, Virgin Mobile has no devices, their stores have empty shelves with docile half asleep people behind the counter, the contact centre is on the same level as Telkom and has zero clue, Facebook support is just pathetic and they avoid the topic all together.
Nobody can give me answers so I am hoping to get some idea here, is Virgin on the way down?
