Any Internet Solutions users not reset?

I can't be the only one in this, but WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN RESET?
 
Hush now.....let's not alarm the IS people...it sure is nice though being able to download this morning as I purchase my local cap month to month with no contract :D
 
Same here. Also unable to connect. Keeps saying that my user name or password is incorrect. So looks like my account is also not reset.
 
I seem to have issues too - I was not hard capped, but soft capped.
International sux hairy donkey nads.
Of course, it often does, capped or not...

I definitely do want to alarm IS. I want to browse and download!
 
I phoned WebAfrica and they said they think it's an IS problem and as soon as possible they will contact IS to sort it out. Excellent service on the part of the WA representative.
 
IS has become one of the most shoddy service providers around.
We host services at the IDC, and the service levels have become appalling.
 
Everytime I have tried to connect between midnight and now I've got the same IP. Wierd. Still haven't reset my account :mad:

I have two accounts - one I use from 1-15th and the other 16-month end.
And neither works - the one had been "off" since the 15th.

Alec Erwin must be working for IS now.
