Any issues with prepaid Vodacom data?

Anyone have issues with their Vodacom data on prepaid? And the challenges to speak to someone at Vodacom for answers and solutions? I have, data just disappeared this morning where I had just over 600mb left when I checked this morning on the useless app of Vodacom. I think it doesn't update properly. I can't even see what maybe happened. Vodacom puts the blame or cause as usual on me the customer. Doesn't make sense how in a few hours since this morning that can happen if you didn't download anything.

Is your phone doing an upgrade or refresh of apps?

I have seen 1Gb of data disappear in 10 mins. No idea why as all updates were disabled

No updates or upgrades at all!! I still don't understand it. And I used the my Vodacom useless app. Then the is behind in updating or something. I'm stil baffled. And I heard stories about how Vodacom letting people's data dissappear and putting blame on the customer.

The Vodacom app has a function where it will show you which apps used how much data. Your phone also should have this function.

Thanks. I did try to check as you've shown. But I couldn't what happened specifically. But I still made noise with Vodacom and they gave me 1gig.
