Not an angry customer at all, been very happy with Mweb, albeit I won't be around for 4 months sometime during the year and I see no point in paying for a service I won't be using.

I am on a month to month basis, at least that's what I was told upon signing up, but we know how these things can be.

Any fine print or things I need to know before I contact them?

Mweb is notorious for taking ages to let their customers go. You'll still be with them for the whole of next month probably. Try downgrade to a 1GB capped account to reduce your costs if you can. That's what I did when I left them, although they're such scumbags it's possible they've put a stop to that.

Hi InternetSwag

If it's an ADSL account, you won't be able to cancel a service temporally however can downgrade your package in the meantime.

Please PM your MWEB email address or customer number in order for me to advise in more detail after looking into your type of account.
