Any one else getting disconnected since yesterday?

Yesterday alone I got disconnected 13 times! I never use to have a problem before the "launch". O yeah and my speed sux! I cant even try to play world of warcraft online! No one over at iBurst even bothers to reply to my emails, and I was nothing but polite in them!

Lucky for us there are many other even cheper alternatives...NOT!
 
That's one problem I haven't had. Connection has been up for over 2 days, and even then I had disconnected it manually.

That is something that is probably base station specific.
 
It would really help to identify location or system specific problems if all Ibursters put their connection details in their signature. Just go to "User CP" and "Edit signature". Include UTD or UTC, USB or Ethernet, Operating system, Base Station(s) you connect to, browser, and anything else that would be informative. It save a lot of time of back and forth posts trying to gather info.
 
I must have been disconnected about 20x, hummmm, and this was supposed to be fixed long ago. If they didn't try and implement the cap then I don't think this problem would have occured.
 
Same here disconnections happening very often and about the emails nothing new!! :mad:
