Would anyone be able to recommend someone to assist me in setting up OSticket. Have it installed, but need some configurations and assistance/suggestions on using it effectively.

have a primary email

I want to have
- customer emails [email protected] and must immediately gets an auto-reply "thank you for your mail, etc"
- email also immediately appears in the OSticket area

Currently, it only downloads mail & sends an auto responder if someone is actually logged into the OSticket backend, if nobody logs in, no auto responder it sent. Assuming we need to setup some sort of cron service?

Hi, thats a easy one, you have to pipe that email address to a php file, then 2 or 3 settings on the scp section, and you are done!

Pipe that email address to /api/pipe.php

Who do you use as hosting company?!
