You need to contact Sage Pay, they do have the plugins.

They only have one for credit card transactions

Did you manage to get the debit order plugin for whmcs and netcash ?
Also looking for 1 compatible with WHMCS 6. I have 1 for WHMCS 5 but it doesn’t quite work in 6.
