Good morning all

Could anyone please advise on whether there are any decent programs to take full screen shots/captures of, say, a website that scrolls down further than the height of my monitor? Frustrating having to merge them in MS Paint. Noob, I know. :p

Thanks.

Thanks bud. And thanks for not humiliating me witha "LMGTFY". :D Will go through the list, although was hoping for a personal recommendation. :o

Hey Hey

I use FastStone Capture... and it has a number of nice features, one of them is to scroll down and capture full length as required.

Features

A small handy Capture Panel that provides quick access to its capture tools and output options

Capture windows, objects, menus, full screen, rectangular/freehand regions and scrolling windows/web pages
Capture multiple windows and objects including multi-level menus
Record screen activities including onscreen changes, speech from microphone, mouse movements and clicks into highly compressed video files (Windows Media Video format). A built-in video editor allows you to draw annotations and add zoom effects to video files
Options to specify output destination (internal editor, clipboard, file, printer ...)
Draw annotation objects such as texts, arrowed lines, highlights, watermarks, rectangles and circles
Apply effects such as drop-shadow, frame, torn-edge and fade-edge
Add image caption
Resize, crop, rotate, sharpen, brighten, adjust colors ...
Undo/Redo
Support external editors
Save in BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA, TIFF and PDF formats
Acquire images from scanner

Thanks gents. Nice tip wily, I'll try it as well as kilo's recommendation. He always knows the best stuff!

I use the "Screen Grab" Firefox addon that can do 3 options...Complete Page/Selection/Visible Portion

You could just zoom out if your porn is showing on multiple pages though...:p

Second for Snagit, using it at work can capture scrolling windows & has many useful features making it an excellent tool for technical documentation.
