Any reason for this? VB.net

When ever I try to add a label, label link or button to a form, I'm not able to change the properties. They are just not there.

I also can't change the form properties. And i'm not in debugging mode

Have done that, still doesn't fix it.

Yes Textbox does have properties, radio button, check box

which version of visual studio? And have you tried playing with the formname.Designer.vb file?

If you click on the element and push F4 (or F6 - always get the two confused), does nothing come up?
