Any reception in Valhalla, Pretoria?

I'm moving (with my iBurst modem) from Irene (excellent signal) to Valhalla (no signal, according to coverage maps). I have seen a few posts here from people in Valhalla, which seem to indicate there might be some signal in Valhalla. Does anyone know what Valhalla's signal status is? (with or without ext antenna)

Why would you want to move from Irene to Valhalla?

Hmmm... That's a very interesting answer to my question...

What's wrong with Valhalla? Both Irene and Valhalla has Dolomite ;)
 
To answer your question... I rented in I, and just bought in V.
Any idea about the signal issue?

Just thought of something...

Irene is a girl's name, Valhalla is the dwelling of the gods.
Where would you rather stay? :D

nul, seeing that you already live in Centurion, why don't you drive out to where you bought (that is if the house is already built), and ask the current owner if he would mind if you quickly plugged the modem in one of his wall sockets.

Yup, that's the next step. First thought I'd ping the forum, though, but they seem to be more into property validation ;)

So, that said, there might be a year's worth of iBurst contract for sale on here soon...
 
Well the gf boss lives in Zwartkops Golf Estate and their is bogoroll signal from her house. She is one of the houses at the entrance.

But like LandyMan said, why don't you just go to the house and check.
 
I live In Valhalla

We couldn't get a stable connection in Valhalla. We had to get an exterior antenna and now we don't have any problems.

Yup - mine works now too. I had to mount a yagi antenna very high on the roof.

Thanks for all the help, and opinions on real-estate value... ;)
