Hi guys,

So I havn't added any new music to my music collection / library in a long time and i am getting a bit bored with my current tracks. The thing is, I don't really like the music that plays on your music channels like Trace or MTV Base.

I mostly enjoy listening to Dance/House (Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Calvin Harris), Korean Pop (Bigbang, G-Dragon, 2NE1), and Hip-Hop.

I am also open to trying out some other genre's of music.

So, I want to try some new artists and would like to ask you guys who should I try?

Thanks a lot.

Just listen to the top100. You'll find something you'll like.

Name some Hip-Hop artists you like...

Also are you only interested in the club type house or other sub genres eg deep house, etc?

For hip-hop, I listen to artists like Drake, J Cole, Chris Brown. I am more of into the club type of house, but I am willing to give some deep house a try.

Well there have been tens of millions of music tracks publicized last years...

Maybe you just check with whats happening in other countries than UK/US.. (MTV sh*t)

This is the most popular non-English track from Europe right now for example:

Weekend - Ona Tańczy Dla Mnie with 82.602.280 million views, big clubhit in Eastern Europe

Hahaha, will do. I've started taking a liking into Indie Pop music, started listening to Vampire Weekend (listened to their latest album - Modern Vampires of The City) - my favourite tracks here are "Finger Back" and "Ya Hey".

Thanks for sharing the video, I liked the song, sounded catchy. Just wish there was some English verses or a sentence or 2 in the song.

Started using www.beatport.com and I like this site too, guess I will be using it to explore music now
