Hope you can help. Looking for a reliable ISP in Delft that provides uncapped data. Please do not recommend Rain or Mzansi Digital their speeds are horrible.

Herotel is your best bet, had a similar issue and contacted Sonic Telecoms.

Them, including 18/19 other Small ISP's have recently started operating with Herotel so they should be able to assist you.
