Any reviews on Ballito ISP

I am moving to a place in a complex with fiber covered by BOTH Ballito ISP and vodacom (vox as isp)
Just wanted to know if any one has used BallitoISP and how they are as an isp?
and how is their FUP?

Never heard of them but they can't be worse than Vodacom.
 
My suggestion is to go with a big ISP. I am using Metrofibre trench and Cool Ideas and they are great, proper support

This was about 3 years ago but I had low speeds and high pings. Not sure if it was their router but I moved to Afrihost with my own router and have been a happy chappy since then.

My existing isp phoned as I cancelled service with them. Over the phone they were able to find the place and use vodacom back bone. However they are R40 for expensive then going with vodacom directly
 
I’m from Ballito ISP. We have been appointed by the estate to install a new fibre network due to the problems they experience with the current network. We are currently running a special on our packages and happy to assist with any questions. My direct email is [email protected]. We can provide a live connection within 4 business days and being local also provide onsite support.

I have applied with you guys as vodacom does not have any cabling in the area, and cancelled with vox. Sadly waited 3 weeks to find that out and only after complaining to vox on hellopeter as no one knew what they were doing.
 
Well since there were no reviews, and I ended up signing with ballito isp and here are my thoughts, as could not find reviews online.
Applied on a Tuesday and install occurred on Friday.
Called the isp to activate the line and they answered within 30 seconds . And was up and running pretty quickly.

Initially they planned to manage their router but on request they were willing to allow theirs to be a bridge and mine to be dhcp server with full control my side

Speeds and pings are pretty good and service thus far is great
