Any scuttlebutt on the New iPhone's camera

I've decided that my next camera is going to be a cellphone, more specifically an iPhone, and I was wondering if anyone has heard any rumours on possible specs for the camera in the new iPhone due out this year?

None yet, but just about every iPhone has improved the camera, and the 4S has a great camera, so it should be solid.
