Any solution to the app store installing everything you have ever installed?

Freaking hate the fact that I do a factory reset on my phone to clean it up then instantly have every app I have ever installed automatically reinstall itself.

At this time, there is no way to delete records of old apps either on the Google Play website (play.google.com) or from the My Apps section of the Google Play Store app.

If you’re in Google Play and tap Menu > My Apps, or if you’ve clicked on My Android Apps/My Orders & Devices on play.google.com and you’re trying to remove some of the apps that are listed, then you’re experiencing this behavior.

At this time, there’s no workaround available; however, we do know that some users are looking for a way to delete old apps from Google Play, and we’ll certainly take this into account as we work to improve the Google Play experience in the future.

I now have 3 anti viruses on my phone I have to remove (one was bloatware, one I tested months back and then the one I normally use).

Feel like wiping the phone again, worse than it was before I decided to do this and such a waste of my time and effort.
 
My apps don't install automatically, I have to go to my apps op the play store and download them manually.

Must be something on my phone then.
Get into wi-fi range and it insists on installing all this crap.
Cancel downloads as fast as I can, restart phone and it starts them again.

Only solution seems to be to let it download all the crap I have ever downloaded in the past then uninstall it once downloaded.
 
Why do you have an anti-virus on your phone? I have never found it necesarry to install one.
 
There is a setting on the phone Settings>>iTunes and App Stores (iOS6)>>Automatic Downloads. You can select there what you want to have downloaded automatically and if you want to use cellular data.

lol, freaking Isheep fanboys :p

It sounds like it is phone specific, not droid specific.
Anyway, Removed the crap and working as normal again, just irritating.
 
Not sure, I have seen this once, managed to cancel it. Does it ask you to "keep this phone backed up to google" or something like that after you reset it?

I tried canceling it.
Google keeps a list of everything I ever downloaded and after a wipe the phone automatically downloads and installs it again.

Go to your phone's settings. Look for Backup/Reset. See if there is an option that says "Back up my data" and see if it's enabled. The description under that says, "Back up app data, Wi-Fi passwords, and other settings to Google servers". Make sure that's unchecked.

Going to try that now (it was ticked).
Just unticked, giving it 15 to 20mins to do it's thing then doing a reset.

^THIS! Just untick it after you log in with your gmail account.
