Try to force band 38 or 41 with this tool and see if there is a difference. Also check your signal stats

Your stats are not good., you may reference the below pic and try to reposition your router till you have better stats.
Which band is the router connected to? If it is band 3, please force band 38/41 and see if it helps.

After forcing it to band 38, so maybe now it's only a matter of finding a better location for the router

I have the same problem for months now. Good luck cause Rain is not interested in helping. I complain daily to them and all I get is an automated response. Rain is the most useless ISP ever. I downloaded 6 Mb and it took 3 minutes. Sometimes I get bytes. Forget Kb, that's a luxury. Rain will however gladly take your money each month. USELESS!
