any suggestion for ISP

hi guys any ISP is better out there? I use Mweb but they block me I can not go to the chinese game site and only can download after 23:30.
So any suggestion?
 
First why not try and fix your problem with Mweb before just switching ISP. Otherwise I would recommend you Webafrica.
 
I did. you see I did FB and ph to Mweb. the thing in the game site I can not log on between 18:00-23:30,1st time they said the site was down. so I fb to mweb guy He dose the good job for me few times, he did reopen for me. but now is block by the morning from 10:00-23:30.I did use the 3G(cell ph) other ISP to log on the site with no problem.I even use proxy to check fine. everything is fine but use Mweb line I am suck. How some ISP filter the site and they need to investigation for few days, they did that few ago to me I only can download not more than 100Mb at nite (I use 384kb,normally 8-900mb)after complain they open for me (5days later).so u tell would u like to coming home try to play game and u have to waste ur time and air time to ph..
 
OpenWeb Gold -short of capped or uncapped unshaped, this is the best out there IMO. (When everyone else is down or experiencing problems I cruise full speed. Not once have I been down or experienced what a lot of the mweb/afrihost/WA guys moan about on these forums -been with OW for 2+ yrs now.)

But How long do you take to switch on the light? If is not ur place than find the owner, If no owner than find the agent. So how long dose it take?
