Any suggestions for an Uncapped Account other than Arihost & Openweb

I tried the tired and tested Afrihost uncapped option. After being with them for nearly a year. they sent me packing to an IS account which was shaped and throttled to the point of being unusable. Support was useless. After doing 6gb I was told that I fell into a high bandwidth user staus and that their FUP says blah de blah de blah!

I then tried Openweb. The first day was cool and signing up was a breeze! Second day and the following week, download speeds were down to 7 - 11 KBPS! After a week of bitching, MRBEEP sorted the problem. Was cool with that...

Then came the start of a new month. Account not connecting. Mailed MRBEEP. he told me I did not enabale autobilling and suggested that I create a new account using the autobilling feature. (even though I was sent an invoice for this month) Did that, but the credit card verification client they use fails to verify my credit card - when I try activate the account, I get a message saying I have insufficient funds. Not likely!

Funny thing is... with the original account, auto billing is activated and I received an invoice for this month. The original account status says the account is Active, but it does not connect.

The new account is pending as the verification process fails over and over using the same details used to set up the first account. MRBEEP reckons that Openweb is not responsible for clients filling in the forms incorrectly and institutions not being verified and that I need to realise there is a difference between auto billing and auto invoicing. Funny thing is, when you sign up, you only have the option of once off or auto billing. Strangely, I chose auto billing. (Shrugs shoulders - obvious choice seemed obvious))

So... I am looking for a trouble free solution. I work hard and don't have the time or effort for weirdness. Also need support to find a solution to a problem, not throw the ball back in my court shrugging off responsibility. Just looking for an ISP that is hassle free (somewhat!)

Yah! I am butthurt by Openweb, considering the fair amount of active participation MRBEEP has on this forum.

I don't download all that much. Probably in the region of 15 - 20GB / month and hardly use torrents. Mainly NNTP and web based downloads.

Is Mweb the only Solution?

Yup MWEB is pretty much your only option with laying out tons on cash for a business class account.

Wazzup is much better than Mweb. I don't think a week goes by without a problem like a broken link, very slow speeds or some other drama.
