Any Supersonic agents on here?

Are there any supersonic staff on here?
I have been struggling with poor internet speed (doesn't even go above 1mbps) since Wednesday, I was finally able to get into contact with one of their agents on Facebook who assisted me but was not able to resolve the issue and said he/she would log a fault with frogfoot. Two days later and the issue is still not resolved.
Like many others I am forced to work from home during the lockdown but am unable to so this since I need a reliable and fast connection, I'm a graphic designer and need to be able to email large files and communicate with colleagues and clients via skype.
To say that I am frustrated and disappointed in the lack of service I am getting from Supersonic's technical support team is a understatement.

Does anyone know how to get into contact with one of their supervisors/managers perhaps?
 
have you tried their whats app line and logging an official call with supersonic? personally if it was me, id log a call every day until it's resolved. each time making sure i get a reference number.
 
I have logged numerous faults on their WhatsApp line, sometimes they would reply and sometimes they don't even bother. Calling their call centre is pretty much a waste of time, I hung up after being on hold for probably 20mins.. I don't know who is more useless, the ISP or frogfoot who's fibre network I am on. Whenever I try contacting frogfoot they would simply say I should log a fault with my ISP.

Last night I decided to bypass my router and dial directly from my pc. I can connect to their server or whatever it's called just fine but there is zero Internet connection, obviously this means the fault is on the fibre providers side or am I wrong in assuming that?
