Any Vodacom Fiber ISP trough Vumatel users

I want to find out from people who use Vodacom ISP through Vumatel do you have any problems?

My land lord ordered a 50mbps DL and since its been activated gives me 7mbps at the best. And thats using a LAN cable directly from my laptop to CPE.......

Vodacom says it's Vumatel, Vumatel say's it Vodacom. Typical SA way of its always someone's problem and not theirs!!!

Trying to get enough evidence to hand over to the landlord so he can move...

Even if it's Vumatels fault, VC would need to escalate for resolution with them.
 
been there, canceled and moved on with life, its not worth the fight
