Just curious if this is an IBurst issue or a Blizzard download installer issue?
Essentially what happens is when you're running WoW it basically checks for any new release patches and if there are any - it then downloads their own install manager - you then sit and watch this nice little blizzard utility download the patch (56mb)
My query is that the speed on the download (and only on this download) seems to change all the flipping time it go's from 0 up to +- 24KB/sec and then back down to 2 and its been doing this for the last hour...
Any thoughts? IBurst or Blizzard?
For the record most of my international downloads come through at +- 20KB consistently or at least a lot more consistently then this one.
