Anybody else having problems connecting with their uncapped is account?

HI there.
Since about tuesday afternoon i've been unable to connect with my IS uncapped account.

Now i've logged the fault with my isp but according to them my account is working fine.
There was a problem on the 22nd that they said a trunking failure could have caused the issue but other than that nothing.

Now the funny bit is that im currently while waiting for them connecting with an SAIX based isp and all is working fine, albeit a little bit slower than my normal account.

Anybody got any ideas what the hell is going on?

i am on uncapped IS, can connect, but intl has been really bad the last 2 days, download skype at 5.6KB/sec on IS, while on my saix account it flies at 52KB/sec! it seems to be mostly browsing that is dog slow!

There was a trunk failure that I know of, not sure when exactly, but they fixed it apparently with an upgrade as well. Could be your router that might be faulty. Did your ISP try pinging your router to check for a connection?
