I had a client who was in a complex that had Clear Access and it he never had any downtime for 1 year and half that he was with them.

That's great to hear. We are getting them in my complex so I searched around here and saw no discussion about them at all. Was a bit worried

They are open access

Yes, 3 years now. Hardly no downtime, never experience buffering, best ISP i have been with since 2005.

Ordered my fibre line on the 14th of November with them. Hopefully it's up and running before year ends.

Almost 4 weeks in and still no installation date set.

My fibre got installed on Friday and I haven't been able to activate it since. I get no IP address from the DHCP server so I can't connect to the internet. Seems like I have to wait out the long weekend to get help.
