Hi, I'm considering going to Openweb their special at the moment seems too good to be true, anyone using them?

Thoughts?

Thank you.

You'd be making a big mistake mate...
Run a search on this forum and be enlightened about Keoma Wright's little operation

My boss nearly fell for the same marketing. I just told him 'NO!!!!!'

As an objective person with consumers' interests at heart, who was at the forefront of the battle against Openweb in exposing them, I'd have to say that some experts around here claim that OW's new capped accounts are some of the best out there.

At the end of the day they're reselling similar stuff as the other IS resellers.

Avoid their uncapped accounts.

Personally I wouldn't touch them, or IS.

Unethical company, not that many exist.

Extremely unethical.

But if the capped accounts are decent, there shouldn't be any issues or need for ISP interaction/support.

Completely agree, I just would rather not support them whatsoever.

Also the capped account I bought was limited to 10mbps - Don't forget that, So if you have a higher than 10mbps line speed, good luck.

It's important to keep up to date with the latest info - this has since changed to 40Mbps.

Mweb will soon be running on the IS network.

Never. MWEB Business, yes, they already are.

Pheeeew close one! Who are you using and what type of account. I'm with crystalweb and I'm really not happy. Considering going back to Afrihost?

Thanks

Legacy 5GB and 1GB free accounts seem to still be limited to 10Mbs! Could be more.
