You're trying to run a business; please try to introduce at least some level of professionalism to your posts. On a forum like this one, forum members' perception of your business is based largely on your posts, which is our main contact with you. Friendly advice: type your replies in MS Word and run a spelling/grammar check on them. Most of us are more likely to buy from a company which inspires confidence than from one which bash criticism rather than address it.
I'll spell it out, on the off-chance that you're not a scammer. It is quick and easy to register a forum account and to then praise a store in the forum thread. So, most of us are worried that you created both those one post wonders, and that you're trying to use them to give credence to your store. On the flip side - you cannot create an account with a few thousand posts, and a creation date four years ago, quickly or easily. If one of those terrible "Grandmasters" was thus to say that he/she had a good experience with your store, it would be much more believable than several new accounts' statements.
