I seem to have a problem now, which i never have before.
my iTunes US account has been in use for years, almost a decade - using vouchers.
Suddenly, its been prompting for a credit-card in addition to vouchers which of course I can't do as i don't have a US card.
Since last week, now ALL my Apple purchases are failing no matter kind, even with a $100 voucher balance because it says i have to load a credit card to continue. I wonder if this is finally Apple's way of ensuring your location for US accounts since with vouchers-only many people overseas have been using them...
