Anyone else have no Internet Cool Ideas SADV?

My Cool Ideas SADV Internet connection is showing no fiber connected as the two middle green lights are off for service and broadband. I called support and they said the fiber connection is down and they will check it tomorrow.

I have bad Internet connections on and off over the past two weeks but never seen the fiber lights off.

Anyone else having the same problem? Anything I can reset?

My international traffic seems to be dead on Cool Ideas, local fine though.

So it seems the good old "turn it off and on again" did the trick. Mine is solid again.

Same here, International is down, Local is fine.

Sounds like an SADV line fault ZuluKing, we will log it with SADV tomorrow.

Also had a 5 mins downtime last night at 8:00 but it quickly came back, the lights did not go off. Seems to be back to normal CoolIdeas/SADV
