Anyone else having horrible ping?

I just tested my ping on speedtest to the local neotel, vodacom and cell c hosts and my ping is high I mean like 196ms high and one test even showed me with a ping of 500ms! Is this just me or is this happening to everyone else or does telkom hate me in particular







These were all taken after each other and usually I get a download of 0.86mbps and about 0.46mb upload. Oh and I noticed the attenuation thing is also important so heres mine:

Whoah man... does that thing even count as "an internet connection". If only it was possible to sue some people... I would literally fall to pieces behind those kinds of connection speeds

I'm getting pings of over 400 to local servers and I'm on DSL

DOTA 2 server ping was between 10ms-27ms yesterday, today it's above 250ms.
