A few things to note
On iBurst website, they claim to be having 'technical issues' in cape town. What these issues are I don't know but it could be to do with bandwidth limitations. I've been really really slow...
Also take note that 3 major undersea international lines have gone down (damaged at sea) and this is causing major strain on everything else. Those undersea cables mostly affect China, India and Egypt, but that means there is a lot of rerouting and such going on.
I'm going to take a patient route and pretend I understand the difficulties and not blame iburst .. this time ...
