Anyone else having problems with Standard Bank online banking?

I am not getting my OTP (by mail not sms) and when I call them, they cant do anything because their services are down that side as well. Standard Bank. Always disappointing.

I've just had a royal rumble with them about something completely different.

Standard Bank's incompetence is - really - breathtaking.

Do you get OTPs to your phone or email? Mine is email.

Substandard bank. Every time I deal with them in any form it is a ****-up.

Latest app - crashes on launch.

Latest cards- not linked to each other, even when in the branch to collect I specified I wanted them so entangled it would take Hercules to unravel the Gordion Knot. of course this means I can only access internet banking through my credit card.. WTF.

Every time I get asked for me details to verify who I am - wrong address, wrong phone, wrong work phone or wrong cellnumber.

Really they are useless.
