Anyone else having slow/nil access to Afrihost?

Having problems with liftlogger.co.za hosted by Afrihost, in particular with sequel server calls, eg. http://www.liftlogger.co.za/liftlogger_test1/truckdailysessionreport.aspx is not working for my clients.

E-mailed support 30 hours ago, last response from Afrihost was 22 hours ago: "will be escalating the matter over to our server administrators for further information.I will get back to you the minute I have received feedback."

I am fairly new at Afrihost, and not sure what I should be doing next?
 
What is the problem they are having?

I think the fact that the page keeps saying in shocking red: No Records for Current Selection. If you choose a report option that does not have data associated with it puts people off.

The other data I can see, if I select the correct date etc.

?
 
The page that I linked to above would not open at all (time out) or opened very slowly. After posting here, and talking to Afrihost support again, there has been a drastic improvement, and you have also been able to access that webpage.

(as you can see, it is still experimental - select 2003, then an underlined date, and there will be data to report)

My basic issue is that Afrihost seems to be having problems, and I am wondering if they are still the first-class host that they were last year?
 
Anyone else having problems with other Afrihost sites tonight? My liftlogger.co.za is completely down.
 
Afrihost gave the automated support ticket reference via e-mail. No further word from them in 8 hours.
