Anyone else having the R10036 bill glitch?

It seems like the fiasco with Rain continues. Had a really nasty surprise yesterday when I saw on the Rain app that my bill for February is R10036 despite being on the R479 plan. I went to check on the website which seems to be giving the correct bill of R479 (don't know why its even that, since Rain only sorted out my connection and upgrade problems after mid-month). Anyway, I have cancelled my Rain sim since the package was so useless anyway with its throttling, making it nearly impossible for me to work via Zoom. Lets see what Rain will want to charge me on the 1st.

Sad, that the Rain reps (like the Cell C ones) are some of the most helpful guys around, but their networks are not up to scratch.
