Anyone else having VPN issues?

I got loads of VPNs in loads of places on loads of systems... and um.. most of them dont work on these IS uncapped accounts. Anyone else having VPN issues?

I have seen issues on new MWeb Business Uncapped accounts (Fixed IP) with OpenVPN on the default UDP 1194. Switching to TCP 443 seems to dodge the shaping. Unfortunately that only works where clients are not already hosting other services on that port.

I've managed to connect to my EC2 OpenVPN server using my 4Mbps OpenWeb (IS) Uncapped account. My OpenVPN server is running on TCP port 1194.
I have to add that it took about 15 seconds to initialize the connection, which is terribly slow!
During office hours I can barely browse local websites due to the contention rations / shaping on the non-business uncapped account.
