Anyone else not able to access Live content from Xbox?

Last night I was trying to load points and I log in and am only presented with the little circles rotating around the xbox icon on Marketing Place / Xbox Live and Games. I thought it was because I was softcapped even though the connection test went through fine, now I'm not softcapped and it's still doing it. Anyone else had similar experience, know what the problem is?

I also had that, that's usually what happens when there's a large "inside Xbox".

There was scheduled maintenance for today, so I imagine it was somehow associated.

Had it earlier today when I got home, left it and it came right (after 15min)

I pretty much guarantee that it is
